We offer our customers access to a web reporting portal where they can create reports and measure our performance in all areas of our service. From transit to delivery, to exceptions handling, all the information you will need is at your fingertips.

SkyPostalFreights provides itself on utilizing the best delivery partners in every country we serve. Some of our providers are large national players, while others are regional/niche players offering the best level of service available for that region. Not all of these players offer the same services. Some providers are more hands on with local customers and others interact very little apart from the delivery. While dependent on the information provided to us by the merchant, SkyPostalFreights will always intend to contact consignees in order to correct a given address. In most countries we can process a re-delivery if original attempts failed due to an incorrect address. The data obtained from a merchant such as consignee phone number and email address is a critical part of enabling us to handle these exceptions.
